Stimulating the Tigress
Part 1: Twirling the Lotus Techniques
蓮 花 捻 (舔 陰) 法
This course provides explanations on the six oral and hand methods for enhancing the flow of secretions and heightening sensitivity. Each technique has specific health benefits, and when used within the practice of the Three Oral Treasures can induce the experience of Illumination of Spirit. All six techniques are described for both hand and tongue stimulation.
The six methods include:
服 霧 虎 氣 法
Fu Wu literally means “Absorbing the Mists,” and herein the aspects of absorbing Hu Qi, “Tigress’s Breath” are explained. During the act of oral sex there are two methods for absorbing the qi of the Tigress’ orgasm, and each are explained in detail.
The purpose of the methods in this course is what Daoism calls, “Using the Yin to Replenish the Yang.” Therefore, the idea is to absorb yin energy in order to strengthen and balance yang energy. This course covers a wide range of essential practices for cultivators serious about developing their sexual-spiritual energy. The course teaches a balance of utilizing secretions for restoration and learning how to internalize sexual energy for spiritual purposes.
Part 3: Gathering the Three Peak Medicines
三 奉 藥 挽 回
Three cavities on the human body exude secretions that Daoism has long recognized as a medicine when stimulated and ingested properly. These are the Upper Peak medicine (under the tongue), Middle Peak medicine (under the breast nipples), and Lower Peak medicine (under the clitoris in the female body and under the glans penis in the male body). The methods for retrieving these three medicines are explained in detail.
Part 4: Consuming the Peach of Immortality
仙 桃 攝 食
This technique is designed as both a prelude and conclusion to the Soaring Dragon, Roaring Tigress technique mentioned below. As a prelude, it is to be practiced three days before, and as a conclusion, three days after performing the Soaring Dragon, Roaring Tigress. Consuming the Peach of Immortality is a very heightened technique of stimulation and method for imbibing the lower peak medicine for forming the elixir of immortality.
Part 5: Soaring Dragon, Roaring Tigress
飛 龍 唬 虎
Fei Long Hu Hu
The reason this technique is named Soaring Dragon, Roaring Tigress is that the male seeks to bring his energy (jing and qi) upwards into the brain, and the female seeks to bring her energy downwards into the abdomen. The idea is that the male and female act as one and actually imitate the natural flow of yin and yang movement as revealed in the Tai Ji symbol.
This course includes the preparatory ritual and chants to be used, as well as the methods and protocols to be used within the practice, and instructions for the completion of the technique.
Course Fee: $800

Part 1: The Three Stages of Bao Yi
三 段 之 抱 一
The Three Stages for Embracing the One are taught and practiced in a progressive manner:
- In the first stage—Coarse Method—the shen (spirit) is retained internally and the processes for experiencing Illumination of Spirit are applied. There are three aspects to this Shen Stage: 1) Breathing, 2) Visualization, and 3) Absorption.
- In the second stage—Subtle Method—the qi (vital energy) is expressed and mobilized so it may be accumulated in the abdomen and adhered to the spine of the body. There are three aspects to the Qi Stage: 1) Breathing, 2) Visualization, and 3) Absorption.
- In the third stage—Celestial Method—the jing (sexual energy) is accumulated so it can return to the kidneys and mobilize along with the qi up the spine and into the brain. Three aspects are taught for the Jing Stage: 1) Tactile Stimulation 2) Sensitive Stimulation 3) Non-Stimulation.

- Locking (鎖, Suo): Tigress Leaves the Mountain (Nu Hu Chu Shan, 女虎出山). This method teaches Tigresses how to retain and internalize the sexual energy (jing) of their orgasms and, equally, to strengthen the nine functions and the five viscera of the body.
- Fusing (熔, Rong): Reverting Essence to the Brain (Huan Jing Bu Nao, 還精補腦). The experience and practice of Fusing is meant to be the catalyst for helping induce Shen Ming. Daoist texts may refer to this experience as Illumination of Spirit, The Yellow Stream, The Stream of Life, Opening the Original Cavity, or One-Hundred Returns. Whatever it may be called, the idea is to stimulate the internal energies of jing and qi up along the spine and into the brain so as to experience an illumination effect, which is the beginning for forming the elixir of immortality within oneself.
